MELANIE WILSON - MANAGING BROKER
I began my Real Estate career before I was even born! My grandfather and father were both Real Estate Brokers and owned a Brokerage in Pendleton, Oregon; where I grew up. My grandfather was also a very successful cattle rancher so I was raised riding horses and working cattle!
After graduating from Oregon State University with a degree in Sociology in 2003, I entered the field of finance. From there, I expanded to lending, title. escrow and now work as a Licensed Real Estate Broker. I have experience in every facet of this industry which has proven to be invaluable!
Although I am a Licensed Broker, I utilize my license best by supporting the The Schneider Realty Group Brokers. From negotiating contracts and inspections to working with lenders and escrow, I help guide buyers and sellers thru the closing process to ensure it’s as smooth and enjoyable as possible!
